As part of its 48-state road trip, Chevrolet put hundreds of auto-journos behind the wheel of the new 2016 Camaro, but before they all got behind the wheel of the new six-gen, they had to pick out of a hat to see which variant of the new car they would be taking on their respective journeys. Let’s just say some were way luckier than others.
The team from “The Awesomer” hit the jackpot landing a range-topping SS, packing a 455 hp V8 mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, and headed out for an adventure through Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. As you can see from the video accompanying this article, the scenery was epic, and they report the car was equally impressive – even in the snow and rain.
